Upon arrival at Yogyakarta airport, visit Sultan Palace which still today considered the highest ranking court of Indonesia where old custom of courtesy are still practiced, Taman Sari Water Castle. Visit Tirtodipuran batik complex to see the making of Batik, then heading to Alun – alun kidul where you can ride lighting bicycle ( personal account ) or mystical game by passing way between two bayan trees with closed eyes. After breakfast at hotel, we will take you to village to ride horse chart or bicycle where you can start from Plaosan Temple, then stop and see at some points e.g. making soybean cake, making tofu, making chips, playing traditional music instruments, and finish at Sojiwan Temple. Continue to Prambanan Temple is extraordinarily beautiful building constructed in the tenth century during the reigns of two kings namely Rakai Pikatan and Rakai Balitung. Soaring up to 47 meters (5 meters higher than Borobudur temple), the foundation of this temple has fulfilled the desire of the founder to show Hindu triumph in Java Island. Enjoy Sunset at Boko Temple, an exotic archaeological site known to modern Javanese as Kraton Ratu Boko or Ratu Boko’s Palace. Dinner at local restaurant. After that, enjoy performance of Ramayana Ballet in Prambanan complex or Purawisata ( subject to schedule and seat availability ). Back to hotel, free program.
After breakfast at hotel, we will take you to Borobudur Temple as the world’s largest Buddhist Temple, built in 9th Century during the Sailendra Dynasty and has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue to Candi Mendut (Mendut Temple) is older than Candi Borobudur there are sory of children in it walls, then direct to Candi Pawon (Pawon temple) its not a grave but a place to keep King Indra’s weapon namely Vajranala. Lunch at local restaurant, enjoy Lava tour by riding jeep visiting Ruin Houses museum, “Alient Rock”, and bunker. Dinner at local restaurant, back to hotel, free program
