Q: Do you have agent?

A: Yes we always looking for an agent to promote our package. You may contact our agent nearest to your location by clicking agent tab above.

Q: How to become your agent?

A: Please contact us through 013-2207999 if you wish to become our agent, further and better particular will be provided to you by our representative.

Q: How to check your company license and particular?

A: Please visit Ministry of Tourism website www.motac.gov.my and search for our company name in the Registered Travel Agent check list.

Q: What kind of tour package you offer?

A: We offer all kind of tour package. Inbound tour, outbound tour and even Umrah packages. You may view our package by visiting the following website www.jomkembara.com.my (outbound tour), www.holidayinmalaysia.com.my (inbount tour) and www.umrahmurah.my (Umrah package).

Q: I wish to visit Nepal and it is not listed in your travel package?

A: We do not list all package in our website. We only listed famous tour package. If you cannot find your desire tour package, please email us at jomkembaratravel@gmail.com and we will quote you accordingly.  Let us know your budget for the trip to speed up the process.

Q: When is the ideal time to make booking or payment for the tour?

A: Booking for all kind of tour should be made One (1) month before departure. We do not accept any booking made less than Four (4) working days from the “arrival date”.

Q: Do you offer refund?

A: Yes. You may request for the refund not less Fourteen (14) days from departure or arrival date for tour package and not less than Forty Five (45) days for Umrah package. Refund is at our full discretion.

Q: Do you offer membership card?

A: Malaysian travel agent are strictly not allowed to offer or sell membership or discount card to public. Please report the matter to the Ministry of Tourism if you find an agent selling membership or discount card.

Q: How to make payment?

A: You may pay us through our account with Maybank our account No: 562731112536 in favour of Jomkembara Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. Email the slip to jomkembaratravel@gmail.com and we will issue you a receipt.

Q: I wish to purchase an airline ticket, how much do you charge?

A: Our fee for purchasing an airline ticket (Any airline) is as follow

RM30 per person for Domestic ticket

RM40 per person for Neighbouring country: Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunai and Philippines.

RM50 per person for other country not mention above.

Q: If we take tour package with you, do you still charge for the purchasing of airline ticket?

A: No. If you take our tour package we will purchase the air ticket on your behalf for absolutely FREE.

Q: Does your tour package include Insurance?

A: No. However we do sell travel insurance coverage as low as RM8 per day. Meaning if you visit Indonesia for 4 days the cost is RM32 per person. Call us at 03-33433814 or send an email to jomkembaratravel@gmail.com to purchase.

Q: Can you book a hotel room for us?

A: Yes we can. As a registered Travel Agent we are link to more than 100,000 hotel worldwide. Just call us at 03-33433814 or 013-2207999 to purchase any hotel room.

Q: Do you sell theme park ticket?

A: NO. Currently we do not sell theme park ticket.

Q: Do you sell Star Cruise ticket?

A: Yes we do sell Star Cruise ticket.  Just call us at 03-33433814 or 013-2207999 to purchase.

Q: Do you offer car rental services to your customer?

A: We offer car rental for customer who wish to visit Langkawi only. Please call us at 03-33433814 to purchase.

Q: I send an email requesting for tour package quotation but you do not reply?

A: We receive a lot of email on daily basis. If you already send us an email but receive no reply within 24 hours please call us at +603-33433814 (working days only) and we will reply to your email in due course.
